I work with adults from young adulthood through later life, supporting them through anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, caregiver fatigue, identity questions, and many life transitions. My background in inpatient geriatric psychiatry, crisis intervention, and community mental health has shaped a calm, steady approach—especially during times that feel overwhelming or uncertain.
I’ve worked closely with individuals navigating women’s issues, relationship issues, aging-related concerns, role changes, and the emotional weight of caregiving. My experience practicing in my rural community has also shaped how I show up in therapy: practical, collaborative, trauma-informed, and deeply respectful of each person’s lived experience.
My approach is strengths-based and grounded in CBT, mindfulness-based CBT, ACT, and solution-focused work. I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to fix you but to help you better understand what you’re facing, explore what matters most to you, and develop tools that support you through change. I strive to provide a nonjudgmental space where you can be honest, curious, and fully yourself.
If you’re feeling stuck, burned out, or uncertain about your next chapter—or if you simply want a space to be fully yourself without judgment—you don’t have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you.
