Hi there—I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a pre-licensed psychotherapist working under licensed supervision, and every time someone trusts me with their story, it truly feels like an honor. I earned my Master of Social Work with a clinical focus, but more than anything, I show up as a real person who believes healing happens through connection. Life is messy, beautiful, and rarely goes the way we planned—and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I work with children starting at age six—the ones who light up when we build LEGO creations, play games, or turn big worries into tiny, manageable monsters. I sit with teens trying to answer the impossible question of, “Who am I?” while juggling school, friendships, family expectations, and everything in between. And I love working with young adults who are navigating college, new careers, relationships, or that strange season where everyone else seems to have life figured out (spoiler alert: they usually don’t).
I believe therapy should fit you, not the other way around. Your goals guide our work together, and we’ll use whatever approaches make the most sense for where you are. That might look like play, art, CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, family systems work—or a mix of different tools along the way.
The things I’m most passionate about are often the things that quietly weigh people down: anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, body image, ADHD, school refusal, academic pressure, grief, divorce, life transitions, and exploring identity, including LGBTQ+ experiences. My hope is that you’ll always leave our sessions feeling heard, supported, and a little less alone than when you walked in.
I offer evening appointments because I know life is busy, and getting support shouldn’t mean choosing between therapy and the rest of your life.
As a pre-licensed psychotherapist, I continue to work closely with an experienced licensed supervisor, which means you’re getting both my dedication and the added benefit of collaborative clinical guidance behind the scenes.
If you’re ready to take that first step—or even if you’re just curious whether therapy might be a good fit—I’d love to meet you. Reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
Let’s turn life’s ups and downs into steadier ground—together.
